How can I see what I have already reserved?

- As with any new system, users can come up with methods that were not predicted, as well as having common questions. We'll try to capture some of those items here.
- How can I see what I have reserved?
- There are 3 ways to do this:
- Any person can go to the Home Page of the system, then click on INFORMATION, then TEAM CALENDAR. Put in what you need to find your team (club, age, part of a name), then press show. Your team should be on the list. You can see what you have as a calendar view, or a list view.
- A team staff member (coach or manager) can see a list of dates and fields reserved by logging on and clicking on TEAMSTAFF, then TIMESLOTS, the PERMIT.
- A team staff member (coach or manager) can get a "working" list (meaning you can take action like canceling a practice) by clicking on TEAMSTAFF, TIMESLOTS. Then in the Search window Change STATUS to RESERVED and put in part of your team name next to UseBy or part of your name next to ReservedBy (if you reserved the field). Then press show.
